1. Vendor village is not responsible for any misrepresentation from any and all members. Indemnification liability regards each vendor to protect Vendor Village owners from legal issues arising from any vendor’s actions or products.

2. Each member is responsible for their own page, keeping it up-to-date and accurate.

3. Each member sets their own terms with every buyer. This includes the price of an item, delivery and payment.

4. Each member is responsible for their own payments processing and banking.

5. Compliance laws obligates each vendor to follow all laws regarding their products. No illegal products will be sold on Vendor Village, this is strictly prohibited.
6. Each vendor sets their own terms for return process, product repair options, exchanges etc.
